Submitting a cancellation request through customer support (including email, chat, or other communication channels) does not constitute a valid cancellation request and does not guarantee that the subscription will be canceled.
Because this is a self-service platform where users have full control over their subscription, failure to cancel prior to the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund.
By using the service, users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for managing and canceling their subscription in a timely manner.
Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to properly cancel through the account dashboard.
